On Sunday, August 7th, 2022 the Club held its Annual Club Picnic at Reis Park in Somers, NY. It was an "all you could eat BBQ" with much more than anyone could eat. We had a great turnout, and a great time was had by all, despite the HOT weather. Special thanks to Art Templeton, Wayne LaFranco, and Mario Alberto for the cooking, and to Dennis Tedesco and Peter LoPresti for doing the food shopping, as well as to all others who brought some additional food items Thanks also to Rich Dolce for registering the picnic as the “Dolce Family Picnic“. We bet he never knew how many cousins he really had! Check out the photos below.

What a great weekend it was! The Fun Field set an ALL NEW record with 2,926 Corvettes. This new total topped the previous mark set in 2018 and was powered, in part, by the 40th Anniversary celebration of Corvettes at Carlisle, amazing displays, Team Chevrolet's appearance, and the spotlight on the forthcoming Z06 Corvette!
This year's Mystery Run was to the Mystic Aquarium in Mystic, CT. Thanks again to Dennis Tedesco for making all the arrangements!

On Sunday, November 13, 2022 the Club participated in the Annual CT State Police Toy Drive. This was a cruise with a police escort ending at the Wyndham Hotel in Southbury. The event supported the CT State Police Xmas Toy Drive for under privileged kids. The State Police lead our group on a cruise from Danbury, CT to Southbury, CT where coffee, donuts and of course Santa were waiting. They shut down the entrance and exit ramps along the way to allow the string of cars to stay together. The Club donated several hundred dollars worth of toys.
