Club By-Laws
The Westchester Corvette Club has created a By-Laws document for the purposes of self-regulation. This document consists of formal governing rules and regulations and is maintained by the Club's By-Laws Committee. The Club's By-Laws may be amended, altered, suspended, or repealed in whole, or in part, at a General or Special meeting of the Club Members by an affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the members present at the meeting. The Club's By-Laws are not required to be public documents, but are made available here on our website in the interests of accountability and transparency, as well as for the ease of reference by our Members.
